Just
like going to dance practice, visualization
is much like doing an inner dance practice
each day in your mind - though
unlike physical practice, you don't have to

and are used around the globe, some people remain unconvinced
about their power until they first try them, and then

They
work, of course, simply because all bodily movement
comes directly from the mind. The
subconscious contains all your dancing memories,
