How does it work
When you join our program you will get an access to your own control panel. There you can get text links to promote our mental training, hypnosis, and relaxation sites and the choice of many different products.
When you refer customers to us who purchase from ANY of our self-help / mental training websites, you will receive a 15% commission of their purchase as a reward - yes, no matter what product they purchase, and no matter which site of ours they purchased it from!

terms of service Affiliate Agreement - Terms, Conditions and Acceptable Use You must read, agree to, and accept the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement before you may participate in our affiliate program. In this agreement, the term \Affiliate\ refers to you (the applicant). Wherever the agreement refers to \you\ or \your\, it means \the Affiliate.\ The terms \we\, \our\, and \us\ throughout this user agreement refers to “the MindTraining.net website, Its Mind over Matter, Craig Townsend who has created the products, and his network of related websites”. Commission Schedule: 15% of all CD and download product sales. Payment MindTraining.net will send payment via PayPal for the applicable commissions on or about the 15th of the month for the previous month\s commissions when your balance exceeds $50. If any order that generated a referral fee is cancelled by the customer, or if there are any returned checks or chargebacks, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly payment. Affiliates must be PayPal members in order to receive payment. Order Fulfillment MindTraining.net will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer referred by an Affiliate. Customers MindTraining.net reserves the right to change our policies, prices and operating procedures at any time. Qualifying Sites MindTraining.net reserves the right NOT to accept any site into the Affiliate Program based on site content or marketing plans. All sites will be reviewed and sites on certain topics will not be permitted. Sites that do NOT qualify relate to any of the following topics, including, but not limited to: Pornography of any kind, including but not limited to online subscription pornography or adult subscription content, or pre-adult content (pictures, videos, etc. of individuals under 18 yrs old). Anything that falls into the category of \adult entertainment\ is prohibited. Any form of \hate\ oriented site. Animal cruelty or procedures deemed harmful, unnecessary or unnatural to animals. Unsolicited email services of any kind. Gambling transactions of any kind, including lottery, raffles, contest sites. Money making, work at home, home mailing, MLM, pyramid schemes, or similar products. Phone chat lines or psychic readings. Any form of sex product (viagra, penis, breast enlargement) growth hormones, nutrients, wonder drugs, or human growth hormone. Additionally, sites may not: Violate the privacy, publicity or personal rights of others. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, i.e., copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, plagarism, software piracy, patents, music, images, or other proprietary or property right. Materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights may not be distributed to others. Include Defamatory or Abusive Language. Sites may not contain any material that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, vulgar, hateful, racial or otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Sites with defamatory, abusive or threatening language will be shut down. Distribute viruses or worms or provide information on how to send them. Any site promoting any form of cyber crime or other illegal computer activities will be shut down. Any illegal activities. MindTraining.net reserves the right to shut down your Affiliate Program if any activities are found to be harmful in any way. You may not use your affiliate link as an entryway to pay for your own projects. No Spam! MindTraining.net has a zero tolerance policy for spam, we take spamming very seriously and failure to abide by this rule will result in the termination of your affiliate account, and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions due to you. . Spam is defined as any unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature. Spam includes, but is not limited to, the sending of ANY unsolicited information to a person or group that has not specifically asked to receive that particular information or is not a personal acquaintance of the individual sending the information. All Affiliates are expected to adhere to MindTraining.net\s no spam policy. If you run a newsletter, ezine, or other kind of bulk email service, you must have evidence that people willingly signed up to receive email from you. Any and all spam complaints will be investigated thoroughly. If you spam, we WILL terminate your contract. Part of the no spam policy means, you may NOT: Send any email to any type of mailing list or opt-in list that has been purchased or acquired from an outside individual or party. Send any email to any type of manually or automatically harvested list of email addresses, names, or contacts. Send any email to any type of \lead\ or \prospect\ before you have received a request for more information. Send any message to any recipient that has not requested the information first. Send inappropriate postings to any newsgroup or forum that violates their anti-spam regulations. SPAM Compliance Statement: ALL affiliates are strictly prohibited from sending any email marketing messages including SPAM or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). The Affiliate further agrees and warrants that it will comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the \CAN-SPAM\ Act, effective January 1, 2004) regarding the sending of e-mails. By clicking \I agree with the terms of service\ means I understand that it is against your agreement to advertise MindTraining.net or its products via unsolicated email - as this can lead to some people believing an affiliate\s \spam\ email originated from us, damaging our reputation and causing us many administrative problems. MindTraining.net reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any person or organization at any time for any reason, or no reason at all. Any Affiliate that engages spam or in promoting prohibited products or services in connection with their site in any way shall have their affiliate contract terminated and could lose any or all affiliate commissions due to them. The site owner also shall be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result as a consequence. Relationship of Parties MindTraining.net and the affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement. No Warranties MindTraining.net makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,with respect to the affiliate program. MindTraining.net is not be responsible for damages suffered by any customer, including incidental damages or lost profits. MindTraining.net makes no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. All content in the MindTraining.net website material and affiliate program is provided to you \as is\ without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy. Additionally, MindTraining.net in no way guarantees financial success through the affiliate program or that any users of the affiliate program or our products will make money in any amount. We are not offering you a guaranteed business opportunity of any sort. Complete Understanding/Modification These Terms & Conditions constitute the full and complete understanding and agreement between you and MindTraining.net relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations and warranties relating to such subject matter. Any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of this Terms & Conditions, initiated by you will be effective only if accepted in writing and signed by MindTraining.net. Affiliate shall not issue nor cause to be issued any news / media / press release that uses MindTraining.net or logos without prior written consent from Craig Townsend. In the case of any affiliate proceeding with prohibited actions causing costs to MindTraining.net, we will seek indemnification from those affiliates for any financial costs. We appreciate your compliance with this policy. In order to be compensated as an Affiliate for referring customers to our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. MindTraining.net and you as an Affiliate are entering into a simple business agreement in the best interests of both parties. The Affiliate and MindTraining.net are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship, or the relationship of principal and agent between the parties. All copyrighted material and trademarked names and logos used in accordance with this Agreement by either or both parties remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective originating or issuing parties. No transference of intellectual property ownership or conveyance of rights is intended or conferred in this Agreement. Sales and interests in this Agreement may not be transferred or sold to any other entity and all business between the parties is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Both parties will be held to confidence in any matters of business with regard to this Agreement. The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold MindTraining.net harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of AFFILIATE. Under no circumstances will MindTraining.net be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the program. Without limiting the foregoing, MindTraining.net aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to Affiliate under this agreement. MindTraining.net will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the MindTraining.net affiliate program, and reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to the Affiliate. It is the full responsibility of the Affiliate to market these self help and mental training products in a legal, ethical and honest fashion and the Affiliate agrees that MindTraining.net will be held harmless from any and all actions of the Affiliate and the Affiliate\s marketing and promotional programs. The Affiliate shall at all times comply with all local and Federal spam, fax broadcast and telemarketing laws. Any affiliate advertisement that does not comply with applicable local, state or federal laws is strictly forbidden and shall be expressly defined as unauthorized use of MindTraining.net logo, marks and names. Should action be brought against MindTraining.net for such activity by an Affiliate, the Affiliate agrees to bear all costs and penalties associated with such activity including, but not limited to MindTraining.net’s legal costs for any alleged infraction of these laws. MindTraining.net reserves the right to amend all pricing plans, commissions or conditions relative to this agreement. MindTraining.net reserves the right to terminate any affiliate with or without cause at the sole discretion of MindTraining.net with or without notice. By joining MindTraining.net affiliate program, the affiliate is tendering his / her personal guarantee of these terms and conditions. For commission purposes, a new customer shall be considered joined on the date that they receive an email authorizing their affiliate status.
